Knowledge Transfer - Usually delivered by the consultant who has assisted with the installation of the system. On-site training can be tailored to meet the exact requirements of the organisation and proves very effective in enabling them to confidently provide first line support.

Novus Training Centre - Novus have a dedicated training facility situated at our head office in Cheshire which is used to run regular Citrix and Microsoft training courses. All courses are delivered by a fully accredited trainer which ensures that all delegates are provided with the skills and knowledge they require.
